JDC Custom Built is a local building company that operates in Northern New South Wales and Southern Queensland with building registrations in both states. Jason (owner) originally from Brisbane, moved down to the Northern Rivers area in 2017. His knowledge of South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales gives him the insight and experience to understand the local obstacles that are experienced when building a home, from the types of soil and sand to planning demands or problem solving any other issues that may arise.
Jason has been a carpenter for over 13 years and a registered builder since 2012. His experience and passion for building homes that suit the lifestyle of the owner, is evident with every finished project his team hands over. His key to success is offering as much knowledge and information as possible to clients, so they can make informed decisions throughout the build.

“Jason and his team carried out extensive alterations and remediation of our house at Casuarina beach - adding 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry and remodelling the kitchen.
they were extremely professional and reliable and very pleasant to communicate with. We are based in Sydney and so there was limited opportunity for site visits. Jason used his initiative and always made the right decision in delivering a great product for us.
